Qualifications

• 2+ years in predictive modeling and data analysis.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and ML methods with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building data science solutions and time-series forecasting.
• Strong programming in Python/Java/R/Scala; solid data structures and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Pharmacy leadership to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Convert models and rules into production-ready tools.
• Design dashboards to track Stars measures and intervention impact.
• Build projection models for Star outcomes under CMS scenarios.
• Develop prioritization rules, NBA logic, and impact analyses.
• Lead end-to-end projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data/engineering to version, test, and deploy models.
