Insight Global is sourcing two Pharmacy Technicians to support a closed-door pharmacy. You will primarily perform data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions, and communicate with providers and physicians to resolve issues.

This role requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new pharmacy software, with a focus on accurate calculations and maintaining compliance with state and federal rules.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions.
• Handle provider/physician communications including voicemails and calls.
• Resolve open issues submitted by various departments (pharmacists, technicians, Incident Coordinator).
• Perform all tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
