Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Good math skills for counting and measuring medications.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service and assist customers with products.
• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in processing prescriptions.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and verify orders.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and merchandise, assist with inventory.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff with scheduling and workflow.
