Job summary

Walgreens in Oklahoma is hiring a Pharmacy Associate to provide friendly, efficient checkout, assist pharmacists, and help maintain accurate patient and drug information in the pharmacy systems under direct supervision.

You will greet customers, recommend products, handle sales at the register, and support inventory, labeling, and compliance with state and federal regulations while pursuing PTCB certification.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prior six months of retail experience preferred.
• Reasonable math skills for prescription filling and transactions.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and greet them to assist with products and services.
• Register sales on cash register, handle payments and exchanges as needed.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and managing drug information.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves; support inventory and price accuracy.
• Provide customer service in person and over the phone; adhere to company policies.
