Job summary

Walgreens in Maine is seeking a dedicated team member to deliver friendly, efficient service at the checkout and assist the pharmacist under supervision. You will handle sales, help customers find products, and support pharmacy operations, including prescription processing and inventory tasks.

Eligible candidates will have fluent English, the ability to work evenings/weekends, and ideally retail experience or familiarity with pharmacy workflows. Training leading to PTCB certification is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior experience with Walgreens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and pharmacy processes.
• Keeps store areas clean and merchandised; handles inventory and pricing.
• Assists with pharmacy workflow, prescription processing, and related clerical duties.
