Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision, uses pharmacy systems to handle patient and drug information.
• Engages customers, answers questions and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandises and checks prices as directed.
• Handles returns, exchanges, credits and refunds per policy.
• Supports pharmacy and store operations, including inventory and order processing.
