Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience/Pharmacy Support team member in Medina, OH. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and operate the register with courteous, accurate checkout service.

You will assist pharmacists under supervision, use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, and help maintain store shelves and inventory. Strong English, math, and computer skills are required, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior experience with Walgreens is a plus.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate assigned cash register; process purchases, returns, exchanges, and payments.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision; enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and help fill prescriptions.
• Maintain counters and shelves; ensure displays are stocked, clean, and merchandised.
• Support inventory management and ensure accuracy of pricing and product placement.
