Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolves issues, answers questions, and delivers best-practice customer service per Walgreens standards.
• Registers purchases, processes payments, and handles returns and exchanges as needed.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves and assists with inventory.
• Supports Pharmacy staff including posting and processing prescription-related tasks and order workflows.
• Provides photo area services and assists with web-order pickup and store maintenance tasks.
