Job summary

Walgreens in Champaign, IL seeks a Pharmacy Clerk/Customer Service Associate to assist pharmacists, ring up sales, and help customers with products and prescriptions. You will support pharmacy operations, maintain merchandise displays, and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Must be fluent in English and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior Walgreens experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy and using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide customer service in person and in the photo area, including order pickup and promotional products.
• Maintain counters, shelves, inventory, and store cleanliness; assist with merchandising and displays.
