Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assist the pharmacist under supervision, in accordance with regulations, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions.
4. Engage customers and patients, greet them, offer assistance, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommend items and assist in product placement, inventory management, and store maintenance.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including entering patient data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and supporting workflow.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including pharmacy error reporting and inventory procedures.
8. Provide customer service in the photo area, handle web orders, and maintain store appearance.
9. Participate in training, maintain certifications, and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: experience in retail, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
