Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registering sales and providing courteous checkout service.
• Assisting pharmacists with pharmacy operations, including entering patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.

Additional duties:

• Engaging with customers, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• Recommending products and managing inventory.
• Supporting pharmacy tasks such as inventory management, ensuring compliance, and maintaining safety standards.
• Providing customer service in other areas like photo services and web order pickup.

Training & Personal Development: Earn and maintain PTCB certification, participate in training, and stay updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience:

• Six months in retail or pharmacy experience.
• Prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification are preferred.

This position is full-time, with a salary range of $16-$18/hour. The role remains open until filled.
