Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends items, processes transactions, and maintains store cleanliness and inventory.
6. Supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
8. Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies.
9. Completes training and personal development activities, including obtaining and maintaining PTCB certification.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
