- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Customer Experience
- Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver excellent service, including interpersonal skills and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Recommends products, processes transactions, manages inventory, and supports pharmacy activities including prescription filling and error reporting.
- Maintains store cleanliness and displays, supports inventory management, and ensures legal compliance.
- Provides photo services, web order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
Training & Personal Development
- Earns and maintains PTCB certification and completes ongoing training and education.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification are preferred.
