Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain drug and patient information.
4. Engage with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommend products and manage transactions, including returns and exchanges.
6. Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and displays.
7. Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
8. Provide customer service in other areas such as photo services and web order pick-up.
9. Participate in training and maintain relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.

Additional Information

Employment considerations include background checks. Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour. Role is full-time, with employment type 'Other'.
