Walgreens is seeking a Retail/Pharmacy Support Associate to deliver a delightful customer experience at the point of sale. You will register sales, assist the pharmacist under supervision, and help process prescriptions using pharmacy systems.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, inventory maintenance, and participation in store operations, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription counting/measurement is preferred.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision, uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Recommends items for sale and helps customers find products.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; handles inventory and pricing as directed.
• Performs pharmacy-related clerical duties and supports pharmacy workflow.
