Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills and store inventory knowledge.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with pharmacy tasks and patient information.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing.
• Process prescriptions, verify medicine, and help schedule workflow in pharmacy.
• Provide service in photo area and web order pickup where applicable.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, voids, and other transactions per policy.
