Qualifications

• Follows state and federal regulations while assisting the pharmacist under supervision.
• Operates pharmacy and store systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Maintains friendly, efficient checkout and cashier duties including returns and exchanges.
• Earns and maintains PTCB certification per program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing and patient information.
• Resolves customer questions to ensure positive experience.
• Supports inventory, displays, and store cleanliness.
• Performs duties assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager, including pharmacy-related tasks.
• Reports prescription errors per policy and adheres to Quality Improvement program.
