Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification preferred and desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fast, and accurate checkout service at the register.
• Assist the pharmacist under supervision to process prescriptions and patient information.
• Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and enter data.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and store maintenance tasks as directed.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience.
• Assist with photo services, storefront displays, and participate in training programs.
