Job summary

Walgreens in Cumming, GA is hiring for a Customer Service Associate / Pharmacy Support role. You will engage customers, greet and assist with products, operate a cash register, and assist the pharmacist under supervision by using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

The ideal candidate has English fluency, flexibility including evenings/weekends, and preferably six months of retail experience; prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Good math and computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and processing prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service at the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and display merchandise.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and ensure accuracy.
• Support pharmacy staff with daily workflows and patient interactions.
