Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription counting and weighing.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assists in inventory and pricing.
• Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist including workflow support.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist and adheres to pharmacy policies.
• Provides customer service in photo area and assists with web order pickups.
