Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service on the cash register.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, perform inventory checks and price merchandise as directed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and basic clerical tasks; support Pharmacy Manager and staff pharmacist as needed.
• Provide photo area services and assist with web pick-up responsibilities as required.
