Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for filling prescriptions and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Handle prescription errors and report them to the pharmacist on duty.
• Perform inventory and maintain store appearance.
• Provide photo area services and web pick-up responsibilities.
• Assist with store duties as needed by management.
