Job summary

Walgreens in Tequesta, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to support daily store operations and assist the pharmacy team. You will handle cashier duties, greet customers, and help process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision using pharmacy systems.

You will also maintain merchandising, stock shelves, and participate in inventory control while ensuring a positive, compliant customer experience. This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Six months of experience in retail preferred.
Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
Good computer skills and knowledge of inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

Register customer purchases at the cash register and provide courteous service.
Assist pharmacists under supervision by entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; manage inventory and pricing.
Handle returns, exchanges, voids, and rain checks; assist with photo services and web order pick-ups.
Support pharmacy department on inventory and compliance with company policies.
