Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Provides customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up/companion items.
• Registers purchases, processes returns and exchanges, and assists locating products.
• Maintains clean, merchandised counters and shelves; conducts inventory and price checks.
• Supports Pharmacy Manager in entering patient and drug information and filling prescriptions under supervision.
• Reports prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adheres to policies.
• Handles pharmacy-related calls and processes third-party claims efficiently.
• Assists with inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
