Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Register customer purchases on a cash register and handle payments.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and checking prescriptions.
• Maintain counters and shelves, restock and price merchandise.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and follow policy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management and stock checks.
• Adhere to company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Handle phone calls not requiring pharmacist attention.
• Assist with web pick-up and photo area services.
