Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacists by entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Register purchases, handle payments, returns, and exchanges; help locate OTC items.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist in inventory.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with scheduling workflow and pharmacy processes.
• Report prescription errors and adhere to company policies and compliance.
