Job summary

Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated program and/or state required certification/registration.

Responsibilities

Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
Assists pharmacists in dispensing under supervision and uses pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
Provides customer service and helps customers locate products.
Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; maintains inventory and pricing.
Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager including assisting workflow.
Handles non-urgent pharmacist calls and processes third-party claims.
