Job summary

Walgreens in Shakopee, MN is hiring for a Customer Experience team member. You will greet customers, assist with products, and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, while supporting the pharmacy and photo services.

You'll help processes at the register, maintain neat displays, assist with inventory, and support pharmacy workflow under supervision. Prior retail experience and basic math and computer skills are preferred; training and PTCB certification may be offered.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately at the register.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory.
• Assist pharmacy team with medication entry and basic support tasks.
• Provide customer service in photo area and handle web pickup orders.
