Job summary

Walgreens Idaho is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service across the store, including the photo area and front-end operations. You will greet customers, assist with products, handle transactions, and support the Pharmacy team with inventory, labeling, and medication safety procedures.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities to gain PTCB certification and advance within a nationally recognized pharmacy retailer. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience preferred; Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for prescription counting and pricing.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control is preferred.
• PTCB certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Models customer service best practices to deliver a delightful experience.
• Provides courteous, fast, and efficient service at registers and throughout the store.
• Recommends items and assists with upselling and substitutions when needed.
• Supports Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist with inventory, labeling, and dispensing workflows.
• Assists with pharmacy-related duties, ensures accuracy and safety of medications.
