Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior experience with Walgreens preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and entering patient data.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and assist with inventory and pricing tasks.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and third-party claims; guide customers to products.
• Provide photo area services and web-order pickup support.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with workflow and compliance activities.
