Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsabilités

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy, uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service and recommends items for sale.
• Registers customer purchases, processes refunds, exchanges, and advises on promotions.
• Maintains store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and pricing as directed.
• Assists with pharmacy duties, including entering patient information and coordinating workflow.
