Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, weighing medications (preferred).
• Good computer skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers in-store.
• Recommends items for sale and assists customers with finding products.
• Processes purchases, voids, returns, refunds, exchanges as needed, and handles refunds.
• Assists with inventory management and maintaining store cleanliness and display organization.
• Supports Pharmacy Department on workflow and entering patient and drug information into pharmacy systems.
