Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to support everyday store activities in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, assist with product needs, and ensure accurate checkout experiences while following pharmacy supervision requirements.

Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists with prescription processing, stocking, and inventory tasks, plus maintaining clean, well-organized displays and a friendly store atmosphere for all customers in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience and good math skills for accurate prescriptions and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist customers with purchases in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Assist pharmacists in processing prescriptions under supervision and maintain pharmacy workflow.
• Maintain store and pharmacy areas, inventory, and merchandising per policies.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web order pickups.
• Ensure accuracy with store systems and comply with all policies.
