Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Any previous comparable experience.
• Any experience with customer service, including registries, phone, and cashier.
• Any experience with inventory control in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fair and ethical manner.
• Comply with safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and customer areas.
• Answer phones and triage calls; respond to inquiries as appropriate.
• Promote sales and services to customers and store associates.
• Operate the cash register and process payments (Credit/Debit, EBT, Gift Cards) to prevent loss.
• Release to patient and product dispensing when permitted by state law.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding patient information.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and work well under pressure.
