Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a team-oriented associate to assist pharmacists under direct supervision and provide outstanding customer service at the register. You will help with prescription processing, inventory, and promoting merchandise while maintaining store integrity.

The role requires English fluency, flexible scheduling, and basic math/computer skills. Prior Walgreens or retail pharmacy experience is preferred, and PTCB certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• PTCB certification preferred or required after training.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling and counting.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience at checkout.
• Registers sales on cashier, provides courteous and efficient service.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision in processing prescriptions and entering patient data.
• Maintain clean counters and shelves, stock checks, and price merchandise.
• Support pharmacy operations including inventory and claims processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmacy code of conduct.
