Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for filling prescriptions.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and assist customers at the register.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising, pricing and restocking.
• Adhere to company policies, report prescription errors, and maintain a safe work environment.
