Job summary

Walgreens is seeking candidates to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail/pharmacy environment. You will assist customers, operate the register, and support pharmacists under supervision with prescriptions and patient information systems.

Applicants should be fluent in English, flexible for evenings/weekends, and comfortable with retail duties, cash handling, and basic pharmacy operations. Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• PTCB certification or enrollment preferred; pharmacy system familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision with dispensing and patient information entry.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and helps with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items and services, handles returns, exchanges, and cash handling tasks.
• Maintains clean, organized counters and shelves and supports inventory and displays.
• Supports Pharmacy team with prescription processing, data entry, and workflow scheduling.
• Assists with photo services and exterior/interior store maintenance as needed.
