Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Pharmacy Coordinator in Houston, TX. The role involves collecting clinical documents, answering calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical duties to support patient care and EMR data entry.

Required are a High School Diploma/GED with preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Weekend/evening work may be needed to ensure shift coverage.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry within EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively across pharmacy and/or corporate teams and with patients, and resolves issues.
• Tracking all pharmacy documentation and entering into EMR system as necessary.
• Answers incoming calls and takes messages.
• Greets guests and handles incoming mail.
• Other duties as assigned.
