Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision to process prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout and customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist with inventory.
• Handle returns and exchanges; guide customers to OTC aisle.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to policies.
• Support pharmacy team with workflow and data entry.
• Engage customers to resolve questions and ensure positive experience.
