Arkansas Children's is seeking a Pharmacist in a leadership role to oversee daily pharmacy operations and clinical services. You will work with the Director and leadership team to optimize pharmaceutical care and support strategic goals.

Lead staff, coordinate formulary activities, and participate in P&T stewardship. The role requires a PharmD or equivalent and AR State Board licensure, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise pharmacy staff and operations.
• Experience in formulary management and P&T processes.

Responsabilités

• Hires, fires, coaches, counsels and trains Pharmacy staff.
• Prepares materials for P&T Stewardship Committee.
• Monitors adverse drug reaction reports.
• Coordinates formulary activities with hospital leadership and Epic.
• Manages medication shortages and work with related teams.
• Performs routine and emergency pharmacist duties.
