Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Answer the telephone promptly and assist with refill orders.
• Gather patient information required to prepare prescriptions.
• Stock received product and supplies and keep pharmacy supplies well stocked.
• Review prescriptions that have not been picked up and assist with processing.
• Coordinate nursing home medications as necessary.
• Prepare paperwork and medications for delivery orders and mail-outs.
• Maintain confidentiality of customers' private medical information and work with the team.
