The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a clean background, and a valid California driver’s license is preferred for pickup tasks. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and is non-exempt with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a Native American Health Care Clinic environment preferred.
• HIPAA privacy and patient data handling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the counter.
• Manage cash register transactions and daily closeout.
• Enter and update patient information in computer systems.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
• Assist with insurance paperwork and patient profiles.
