Responsibilities

Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
Comply with food safety, sanitation and safety regulations; identify unsafe conditions and notify store management.
Understand and perform ordering functions with primary and secondary wholesalers.
Follow guidelines on inventory management, control, and ordering of medications, devices, supplements and supplies.
Maintain clean, organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
Complete billing procedures to assure best value to customer and company.
Answer phone and triage calls; respond to inquiries as appropriate.
Operate cash register and handle cash, cards, EBT and gifts; prevent loss.
