Qualifications

Follow written, verbal, or diagrammatic instructions with attention to detail.
Count, pour, package, and label medications accurately.
File, post, and organize materials; copy data between records.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
Answer the telephone promptly and provide friendly, helpful service to callers, including taking refills.
Stock received product and supplies and keep pharmacy shelves stocked.
Log invoices and complete cash transactions accurately.
Prepare paperwork and assemble medicines for delivery or mail-out orders.
Coordinate nursing home medicines as necessary.
Administer vaccines as allowed by law, with required certification where applicable.
Maintain confidentiality of customers' private medical information.
