Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and help customers in-store.
• Know products in the department to respond and suggest.
• Offer product samples to customers.
• Inform customers of Drug GM specials.
• Recommend Drug GM items to meet needs.
• Review sell-by dates and take action.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the manager.
• Display a positive attitude.
• Stay current with ads (present, future, seasonal).
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs.
• Notify management of accidents.
• Report safety risks, theft or fraud.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts calmly.
• Act with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed.
• Assist customers including minors and seniors.
• Perform essential duties with/without accommodation.
