Randstad USA is seeking a Pharmacy Support Associate in Buffalo, NY. The role involves filling prescription requests in an automated refill setting under Pharmacist supervision, and maintaining production flow to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities include manual filling, item retrieval, and replenishing automated cells. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with mandatory overtime and a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read computer screens to locate indicated medication on shelves and verify size/strength.

The ideal candidate will be able to fill prescription requests accurately and efficiently in an automated refill setting. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Support Associate prepares, packages, sorts and distributes medications in a fast-paced production environment. Maintains continuous, consistent workflow in order to meet daily production goals; and has the ability to work productively independently or in a team environment. - mandatory overtime Manually fill prescription vials with prescribed tablets and capsules. Retrieve and process Unit of Use and Bulk items Read computer generated screens to find indicated medication on labeled shelves, verify size and strength of the product before filling order Replenish medication in automated cells to full capacity; opening large quantities of bottles and cases of product.

work hours: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
