CVS Health is seeking a strategic and tactically strong marketing leader to execute Pharmacy Choice initiatives, including affordability programs and paid search, to drive patient access and growth.

The Senior Manager will lead strategy and execution across channels, manage paid search programs, and oversee budget stewardship, partnering with Media, Creative, Digital, Analytics, Store Experience, Omnichannel, and Pharmacy Operations to launch programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience executing integrated marketing, paid media, or digital programs.
• Experience managing paid search campaigns and working with media agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience forecasting spend, tracking performance, and optimizing investments.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of Pharmacy Choice marketing initiatives, including Rx goodwill and affordability campaigns.
• Partner with Media, Creative, Digital, Analytics, Store Experience, Pharmacy Operations, Legal, Compliance, and agencies.
• Develop patient-facing marketing campaigns, channel activation, and in-store/digital experiences.
• Manage and optimize paid search strategies, keyword strategies, bidding, and measurement.
• Own program performance, forecasting, spend tracking, reconciliation, KPI reporting, and optimization.
