The Kroger Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support health and wellness services and provide exceptional customer care in a compliant, safe environment. You will assist pharmacists, handle reception, data entry, and dispensing tasks while upholding HIPAA and company policies.

The role supports health initiatives, adheres to regulatory requirements, and involves training clerks/technicians and performing CLIA-waived screenings where appropriate.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Aufgaben

• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current national/state registration, certification, or licensure.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities that do not require pharmacist judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience while handling reception, data entry, adjudication and product dispensing.
• Support coaching and training of clerks/technicians.
• Compound medications per regulations.
• Perform post fill audits to verify prescription data.
• Support non-dispensing services via various platforms and apps.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per law and policy.
• Provide health and wellness services as allowed by regulations.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations; report unsafe conditions.
