Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Any previous comparable experience or pharmacy technician experience
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license depending on state requirements
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing all pharmacy-related tasks
  • Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications according to regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health and wellness services using various platforms and resources
  • Complete CLIA-waived screenings in accordance with laws and policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all applicable regulations and report illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
