Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of relevant registration, certification, or licensure as required by law

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience or pharmacy technician background
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as per state law
  • Assist pharmacists, excluding tasks requiring professional judgment
  • Deliver excellent customer service, accurately completing all dispensing and administrative steps
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications per regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits for prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with law and policy
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety standards, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all applicable regulations and report illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
